No, all orders are submitted to our warehouse to be packed and shipped within 2 business days. We cannot guarantee that we can make any alterations to your order after it has been placed.

Yes, there is a goods and services tax (GST) of 10% on all items that are sold or consumed in Australia. This is included in the prices you see on our website.

Yes. We offer subscriptions for our products. Afterpay is not available on any subscription purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled at anytime before the renewal date.

Yes, all subscriptions can be managed in your account. Simply log in, and click manage subscriptions. Subscriptions can be canceled or paused, and products and quantities updated up to 48 hours before your renewal period.

Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 2 business days and our standard shipping times are 3-6 business days from time of dispatch.
Keep in mind however that delivery times are only indicative and may be delayed during holiday and busy periods.

Go to “My Account” to view and track your orders. You will also receive email notifications from our delivery partners during the delivery process.

Depending on the items in your order, some products might need to be packaged individually and may arrive on separate dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.

We currently ship to Australia. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside of Australia.

All orders are shipped as discreet as possible in plain packaging. However, our postage labels will have our warehouse's name, Lynair, not ours.

Loyalty and Rewards

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the rewards page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

100 points equal $2.50

Higher tiers in the VIP program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points equal $2.50. For Example, as a gold tier, you will earn 1.5 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $150, you'll earn 225 points.

Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling 12 months (Ex. day of purchase 2020 - day of purchase 2021).To reach:

Bronze, you must make a purchase or create and account

Silver, you must spend $300-$549

Gold, you must spend $550+

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

As a VIP member, you will receive select sale emails ahead of the general public so you get first dibs on all the best sale styles!

The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at customercare@dr-wolff.com.au to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Happy Birthday!  We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program.  In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.  

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.  

All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday.  If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.  

Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the Rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday.  If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact Customercare.au@drwolffgroup.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Products

All of our products are manufactured in Germany

Dr. Wolff’s V-san products contain no fragrances or colourants. The moisturising cream does contain a preservative (benzyl alcohol) to ensure the long-term stability of the products.

Dr. Wolff’s V-san products are safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. However, for safety reasons the moisturiser applicator should not be used to insert the cream during pregnancy. Instead a ribbon of cream (about 2 cm long) can be inserted into the vagina using a finger.

During menopause and the years that follow, vaginal dryness is caused by declining hormone levels. Therefore, one cannot expect vaginal dryness to ‘disappear’, but rather to remain. The regular use of Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cream or Moisturising Cremolum, which supplies the skin in the internal and external vaginal area with moisture and restorative lipids. A daily routine should be implmented similar to your skin care routine for your face and hands. Regular application of the cream helps keep the skin supple.

No incompatibility with condoms has been reported for Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cream. However, our products are tested regularly and more recent test results based on stricter safety standards have led to the conclusion that complete compatibility with condoms may not be guaranteed. We therefore recommend not using Dr. Wolff’s V-san Moisturising Cream with condoms in the future

Yes, all Dr. Wolff’s V-san products are hormone-free and therefore suitable for women who have to take drugs in connection with the treatment of breast cancer and its aftercare. Please consult your gynaecologist for specific advice to your situation.
